Using P323 Volleyball

These Terms govern your use of p323volleyball.com and its athlete profiles, directory, recruiting resources, and membership services, operated by P323 Volleyball ("P323," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

P323 helps athletes present their information and connect with recruiting opportunities. We do not guarantee coach contact, roster placement, admission, scholarships, or any recruiting result. Resources are educational; athletes and families remain responsible for checking eligibility and recruiting rules with their school, governing body, and prospective colleges.

Accounts & young athletes

The service is intended for athletes age 13 and older and their families. Do not create an account for, or submit personal information about, an athlete under 13. Athletes under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian review and agree to these Terms and authorize use of the service and publication of their information. A parent or guardian must authorize subscription purchases for minors.

Provide accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. If you manage a profile for someone else, you must have their permission and, for a minor, permission from their parent or legal guardian.

Membership & recurring billing

Standard membership is $29.99 USD per month, plus any applicable taxes, unless checkout shows a different offer. Payment is processed by Stripe. By completing subscription checkout, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method each month until you cancel.

Review the amount, renewal terms, and any discount shown at checkout before subscribing. Promo codes are subject to their stated eligibility, availability, and duration. A discounted or free subscription may continue to renew at the amount shown in checkout. We will give advance notice of changes to your recurring price before they take effect.

Paid features and public profile visibility require an eligible membership and verified email. Failed payments, cancellation, or other loss of membership eligibility may remove paid access and public visibility. Account access and saved drafts can remain available after membership ends.

Cancellation & no refunds

You may cancel at any time through Manage billing in your dashboard, which opens Stripe’s billing portal. Cancel before your next renewal date to stop future renewals. Your membership remains active through the end of your current paid billing period. Contact us if you cannot access the portal.

Subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused membership time, or failure to use the service. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Deleting an account or unpublishing a profile does not itself cancel a Stripe subscription; cancel billing separately or ask us for help at mwilliams@p323.org.

Your content & public profiles

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You give P323 permission to store, format, and display it as needed to provide the service, including publicly displaying profiles you choose to publish. This permission ends when the content is removed from the service, subject to necessary backup and legal retention.

Publishing makes profile details, photos, film links, academic and athletic information, and any reference contact details you include accessible to anyone, not just verified coaches. Search engines and others may copy or cache public information. Unpublishing removes the profile from our public pages but cannot recall copies held elsewhere.

Only upload material you own or have permission to use. Obtain permission before sharing a coach’s or another person’s contact details. Do not include home addresses, sensitive identity documents, medical records, or information you do not want public.

Responsible use

Do not impersonate others, falsify credentials or recruiting statistics, harass athletes, publish unlawful or exploitative content, scrape personal information in bulk, send spam, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service. Do not copy or redistribute member-only resources without permission.

We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect athletes, enforce these Terms, or meet legal obligations. Contact us to request review of a restriction. P323’s branding and original resources remain our property or that of their respective owners.

Service availability & responsibility

We work to keep P323 useful and available, but access can be interrupted and third-party links or services can change. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or any particular result.

You are responsible for evaluating information and third-party contacts before acting on them. To the extent permitted by law, P323 is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from service use. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes & contacting us

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will update the date on this page and give notice of material changes through the service or by email before they take effect. Contact mwilliams@p323.org with questions, billing concerns, or requests concerning your account.
