Who we are
Prospects 323, LLC (p323.org) operates p323volleyball.com, an athlete recruiting profile and membership service known as P323 Volleyball. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Prospects 323, LLC. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse, create an account, subscribe, or build an athlete profile. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, account role, hashed password, verification status, and account setup and recovery records. We store password hashes, not readable passwords.
- Profile information you provide: athlete name, city/state, graduation year, school and club, positions, measurements, statistics, academic information, biography, photos, film links, awards, and references, including contact information you choose to add.
- Membership information: subscription status, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, checkout records, and promo-code usage. Stripe handles payment card details; our application does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
- Technical and support information: session credentials, authentication and security records, requests to our hosting providers, and information you send us when asking for help. Authentication rate limits use hashed identifiers derived from IP addresses or email addresses.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, recover account access, save and display profiles, deliver member resources, manage subscriptions and discounts, send transactional emails, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, understand site usage, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use athlete profiles for targeted advertising.
What becomes public
Draft profiles are not displayed in the public directory. Publishing is your choice. An eligible published profile is visible to anyone visiting the site, including search engines and people who are not coaches. This can include the athlete’s name, photo, school, city/state, academic and athletic details, film, and reference contact details.
Your account login email, password hash, recovery credentials, and billing records are not part of the public profile. Any contact details you separately put in profile fields may be public. Add only information you have permission to share. Avoid home addresses, sensitive identifiers, and medical information.
You can edit or unpublish through the dashboard. We can remove information from our own public pages, but search engines, linked media services, and other visitors may retain copies.
Retention & security
We keep account and profile information while needed to provide the service, and retain some records as needed for billing, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Canceling membership does not automatically delete your account or draft profile. Backups and provider records may remain for their retention periods after removal from the active application.
We use safeguards including password hashing, protected sessions, access controls, expiring recovery links, and authentication rate limits. No online service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices & privacy requests
Edit your profile or unpublish it in your dashboard. Manage subscription cancellation separately through Manage billing. To request account deletion, access to your information, a copy, or a correction you cannot make yourself, email mwilliams@p323.org from your account address. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information or appeal a decision. We respond as required by applicable law and explain any legal reason we cannot fulfill a request. A parent or guardian can contact us about their minor athlete’s information. Unpublishing a profile or requesting deletion does not itself cancel recurring billing; please cancel in the portal or ask us to help with both.
Children & family privacy
P323 is intended for athletes age 13 and older and their families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Do not create an account for or submit a profile about an athlete under 13. For athletes under 18, a parent or legal guardian must authorize use and publication.
If you believe we have received information about a child under 13 or a minor’s profile has been posted without appropriate permission, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate. Account setup does not constitute a verified parental-consent process for children under 13.
