Too many talented volleyball athletes never get their shot — not because they lack the skill, the work ethic, or the heart to compete at the next level. They get overlooked because nobody gave them the tools to be found. That ends here.
Not just financially — though that’s part of it. Families are spending thousands of dollars on services that overpromise and underdeliver. But the bigger cost is the one you can’t put a price on: the athlete who never got seen. The senior who ran out of time. The sophomore who didn’t know where to start.
The youth sports industry has a predatory pricing problem. High-cost services marketed to the families who can least afford them. Cookie-cutter profiles that do nothing. Recruiting “help” that stops the moment the check clears.
Volleyball athletes deserve better. P323 exists to give it to them.
Recruiting doesn’t wait. College coaches are building rosters right now. They’re watching film, filling spots, and making decisions — and the athletes who aren’t in front of them simply don’t exist.
That’s not dramatic. That’s just how it works.
We built P323 Volleyball because the gap between where the recruiting industry is and where it needs to be is costing athletes their futures. Not someday. Today. Every athlete who doesn’t have a profile, doesn’t know how to reach out to a coach, or doesn’t understand the timeline is falling further behind — through no fault of their own.
The tools exist. The knowledge exists. The only thing missing was a platform built to put both in the hands of every athlete — not just the ones whose families can afford to pay for access.
That’s the platform we built.
A prospect is an athlete with talent, promise, and the opportunity to reach the next level. It’s also a future possibility — something on the horizon worth pursuing. And in the oldest sense of the word, a prospect is hope. What lies ahead. What has been promised. What you’re moving toward.
The 323 is where it gets personal.
Colossians 3:23 says this: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart.” That’s not a religious slogan. It’s an operating standard. It means showing up for the athlete who hasn’t gone viral yet. It means being honest when a family needs to hear something hard. It means doing the unglamorous work because the athlete in front of you is worth it.
Here’s something that still gets us: 3 + 2 + 3 = 8. The infinity symbol. Work done today, done with excellence and integrity, done for something bigger than yourself — that work echoes. It compounds. It matters beyond the moment it’s given.
You don’t have to share our faith to share our conviction. If you believe every athlete deserves a real shot — that talent shouldn’t be gatekept by price, and that no kid should get overlooked because nobody showed them the way — you’re already standing on the same ground we are.

Matt brings years of experience in digital media, brand development, and mission-driven leadership to P323. He knows what it takes to build something that actually serves people. More importantly, he knows why it matters.
Dustin Stinnett is a former collegiate athlete and Academic All-American whose coaching career spans two decades and three sports. He has developed young athletes at every level and spent every year of it convinced that athletics, done right, builds more than players. It builds people. Dustin’s conviction is simple: an athlete’s identity is not tied to their success in a sport. It is revealed in the character they display during both success and failure.
P323 is what happens when two people who believe in athletes more than they believe in the industry decide to build something better.

It means we’re playing a long game. Viral moments and overnight success are not the goal. The goal is the athlete who gets to campus ready — not just recruited, but equipped. Not just placed, but prepared.
